Refund Policy for FSman

Refund Policy for Cancelled Orders

If you decide to cancel your order, the refund will be issued minus the transaction fee retained by the payment service provider. Unfortunately, these fees are non-refundable and are deducted directly by the payment systems during the original transaction.

We kindly ask you to keep this in mind when placing an order

Since all our products are custom-made to order, we accept returns within 14 days of the purchase date only if the item is defective or of poor quality. Returns for other reasons, such as a change of mind or incorrect size selection, are not accepted.

How to Return a Defective Item:

  1. Contact us at fetishshopua@gmail.com within 14 days of the purchase date to report the quality issue.

  2. Provide details and, if possible, photos of the defect.

  3. Follow the return instructions we will provide.

  4. Ship the item back in its original condition and packaging.

Important Notes:

  • Custom-made items are only eligible for return if they have manufacturing defects or quality issues.

  • Returns for other reasons (e.g., size selection error or change of mind) are not accepted.

  • The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the defect is due to a manufacturing error.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Underwear, cock/balls rings and, harnesses with cock attachments  and tighteners are considered underwear and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

  • Items purchased on sale or with discounts are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Used, deformed, or items that have lost their original appearance are not eligible for return.

Return Periods:

  • For Ukraine: 14 days from the purchase date.

  • For other countries: 14 days from the purchase date (shipping time not included).
