Cancellation Policy

All our products are made-to-order and crafted specifically for each customer.
Because of this, orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

Important note: If, for any reason, the recipient does not collect the parcel from the post office and it is returned to us, the cost of re-shipping will be the responsibility of the customer. For U.S. customers, any import duties already paid will not be refunded by Customs, and therefore must also be covered again by the recipient in full for the re-shipment.

We kindly ask you to double-check your order details and size before confirming your purchase.

✅ Refund & Return Policy

All our products are made-to-order and crafted specifically to your size and preferences.
Because of this, they are considered personalized items under consumer protection laws.

Accordingly:

  • We only accept returns or exchanges if the item has a manufacturing defect or quality issue.

  • Returns or exchanges for other reasons (such as change of mind, wrong size selection, or preference) are not accepted.

  • You must notify us of any defect within 14 days of receiving the item.

How to report a defective item:

  • Contact us at fsman.store@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.

  • Include details and photos of the defect.

  • We will provide return instructions.

  • Items must be returned unused, in original packaging.

Important notes:

  • Custom-made items are only eligible for return if defective.

  • Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

  • For hygiene reasons, underwear and harnesses with intimate attachments cannot be returned.

⚠️ Import Duties & Taxes Notice

Please note that import duties, taxes, and other customs charges may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
These fees are not included in the item price displayed on our website.

  • For orders under 800 USD: import duties are included in the shipping cost you see at checkout.

  • For orders above 800 USD: the customer is responsible for paying a 10% U.S. import duty plus any applicable brokerage fees upon delivery.

We have no control over these additional costs and cannot estimate or collect them in advance (except for the included duties on orders below 800 USD).

We strongly recommend checking your local customs policies before placing an order to avoid unexpected charges or delays.

Update for U.S. Customers:
As of August 29, 2025, the previous duty-free threshold has been removed.
To simplify the process for most customers, we now collect the 10% U.S. import duty for orders under 800 USD at checkout and pay it directly when shipping your order.

This means:

  • No additional customs clearance is required on your side.

  • No unexpected fees upon delivery for orders under 800 USD.

  • The import duty is already included in the shipping cost.

For larger orders above 800 USD, the customer must handle the import duty and brokerage fees directly with customs upon delivery.

We operate as a made-to-order business, meaning we begin crafting your items only after the order is placed.
Production typically takes 5–20 business days, depending on current demand.

📦 Delivery Timeline

Orders usually arrive within 1–4 weeks, depending on your location.
Please note:

  • Shipping insurance is not included.

  • We cannot guarantee an exact delivery date, as customs processing may vary by country and order value.

🌍 Country-Specific Customs Thresholds

  • United States: No duty-free threshold — 10% import duty included in shipping cost

  • Australia: AUD $1,000 — no duties or taxes below this amount

  • European Union: Duties and VAT may apply regardless of order value
